Hi, I’m Basel!  Guess what?  I’m a social media star!  I won the award for the shelter dog with the floppiest ears!  Give me some cuddles and I’ll settle in close, letting you see for yourself how much fun my ears are.  The ears and my beautiful cream-colored coat are just a couple of my many great qualities.  I’m an attentive, clever, growing young pup ready to play, ready to learn and ready to share some love!  I’m an active boy who is good with other dogs and humans.  I’ve got lots of energy to play with you all.  If you see me with one of my stuffed animals, just try to take it away…let’s see who can win this game of tug.

A little about my past – my two siblings and I were rescued from wildfires in Cyprus and we ended up at the shelter.  It was tough for me at first but once I had a little time to settle in I started to show off my big personality to everyone.  I can be playful, curious, and full of energy, ready for fun!  But I’m also a big fan of snuggles.  If you’re ready to adopt a dog and are looking for an adventurous guy who will love everyone around, I’m ready to come to you.
