Hi, I’m Benji!  I am a happy boy, always ready to run and play, but don’t worry, I’ll make plenty of time to get close, snuggle, and show you some affection.  I enjoy being around people and as a loyal friend, I’ll always stick beside you.  I’ve been showing my love and energy to the volunteers at the shelter for a few months now and would show you the same.  I am a keen learner, just love it when the volunteers show me new things, so I’m sure we will have lots of fun learning together.  Have other dogs or cats?  No problem, I’ll show them the same love I show you.  Let’s all have some fun and enjoy some treats together!

Not much is known about my past.  I was found by some nice people who brought me to the shelter so I’d have a place to stay.  Because I wasn’t microchipped, I was probably abandoned and had to fend for myself until I was found and brought to the shelter.  If you are active and just love to be happy, I’m sure we will be the perfect match.  I am looking forward to a chance in the future to explore the world around me and be your next best friend!
