Hi, I am Kokos. I am a gentle and calm rescue dog looking for a golden basket in a home where love, kindness and companionship prevails. I will make a great companion for someone looking for a loyal friend who will be great company for daily walks in nature and having new experiences and little adventures. I am getting on very well with other dogs and I am also good with cats. I love human contact and at the shelter I enjoy every moment I can spend with the volunteers. Once I know someone I am a very cuddly dog. I might still be a bit shy when meeting new people, but that is because I don’t have a lot of experience with it as my past hasn’t always been easy.

I was rescued from very bad living conditions, from a place without love and kindness, where I was kept in a small cage for many years without proper care. The veterinary services finally got me and some other dogs out of the horrible place and I am now grateful to be safe and cared for at the shelter. I am proud to say that I am the bravest of all the dogs and realised quickly that people can be nice and loving and that their company is something to look forward to. I am ready for my forever home where I can share my love and gratitude with my new family.
