Hi, I am Scotch. I am a calm and gentle rescue dog looking to be adopted by a kind and loving family. I have so much love to give in return and I can’t wait to experience what it means to call a family my own. I am friendly with other dogs and playful as well. I really enjoy it when the volunteers at the shelter take us out for some play time and getting their attention and treats is also something I started to enjoy more and more. I am still a little shy when meeting new people and therefore I am looking for a family with understanding and patience. The volunteers believe that I was abandoned as a puppy and had to survive on my own for quite some time. That’s why I am a bit more hesitant when it comes to unknown situations, which I have to learn about and know that I am safe. I will make such a wonderful companion and once I have gained more confidence and trust we can go on adventures, nice walks and try out new things. Afterwards we can have some relaxing cuddle time together enjoying each other’s company.
