Hello dear people, I am Chipys. My caretakers describe me as a very sweet, calm and social dog. And I can only agree with them. 😊 I don’t only get along well with humans and other dogs, but also with cats. (I passed my cat test with flying colours!)

Something I’m not very happy about though is the fact that I am labelled ‘a senior dog’. Yes, I know what my age is, but in the end that is just a number. I don’t look like a senior dog and I most certainly don’t feel like one.

Okay, if you’re looking for a companion to conquer Mount Everest with, I’m going to let that opportunity slide. But if you’re looking for a four-legged best friend to join you on long daily walks, then I am your match.

Especially if those walks are followed by plenty of cuddles. But you can give me a cuddle at any moment of the day. I won’t mind. Quite the opposite actually, because I have a lot of catching up to do. I spent the majority of my life on a chain outside in all weather conditions, which means I never got to experience life in a home.

So I am looking forward to finally become part of a loving family and spend lots of quality time together.
