Hi, I am Joy and I am the perfect friend for someone who wants to gradually explore the world together. I have a happy waggy tail and lots of love to give. I can gently take a treat off your hands and I will give you a cuddle and companionship in return. What I need to gain more of is confidence and trust. I am still a bit shy when meeting new people and situations and it will take me some more time to fully overcome my past. I was rescued from a killing station, where I felt insecure and overwhelmed. The good news is that I have moved on and I am looking with curious eyes at what the future has to offer. And I do believe that we are longing for the same things, which are love, a place of comfort and a life together where we can earn each other’s trust. I am getting on well with other dogs and I am happy to have a cat companion. I am excited to get to know my new family and share my love.
