Hello everybody, I am Liza, a beautiful and gentle Segugio cross of around 10-11 years old. That’s right, I’m a senior dog and proud of it! Because senior dogs make the best companions.
During the majority of my life I have been used as a ‘breeding machine’ and when I was no longer of good use, I was taken to the vet to be put to sleep. Luckily my rescuers offered to take me to the shelter.

I would love to find a forever home for myself and do something I haven’t been able to do before: creating beautiful memories together with my human friends.

I get along very well with other dogs, but I also enjoy spending lots of quality time with humans. I just love getting plenty of cuddles and attention. And with my sweet personality I will steal plenty of hearts.

Something else I’m very fond of is food (and treats of course). I am still quite active for my age, so I enjoy going on long walks. Just nothing too adventurous though. I will leave that to the younger generation 😉.

Yummy food, a soft bed or sofa, and loving human friends who love cuddles and spending time together just as much as me … These simple things will make me the happiest dog in the world.
