Hi, I am Maverick. I am a friendly, playful and cuddly rescue dog looking for a forever home with a family who will love and cherish me. I like nothing better than to run around and then go to the volunteers for some extra playtime and most importantly lots of cuddles. The volunteers say that I run and jump like a little bunny. I am not so sure I would like to compare myself with a bunny, but on the other hand they say that I have a lovely character and love humans and I fully agree with that. I am getting on well with everyone, dogs and people alike, and my gentle and kind character makes them fall in love with me instantly.

Before I came to the shelter I used to have a family, but they didn’t take me with them when they left Cyprus. That’s how I ended up in the shelter where I settled in and from where I am starting my search for a new family; new beginnings with lots of love, joy, playtime and cuddles. I will make a great companion dog and I can’t wait to explore my home and make new friends.
