Hello! I am Nikolay, but you can call me Niko. All my friends do. 😊 That’s right, I hope that we will also become good friends. Or even better: family!

You see, before I moved to the shelter, I was a stray dog with no family and no home (I lived on the streets), but hopefully I’ll soon become a family dog in a loving forever home.

You’ll probably like to know a bit more about me. I am a sweet and sensitive dog, a calm and loyal companion.

I get along very well with other dogs, so I wouldn’t mind finding another doggy friend in my new home. Around people, I can be a bit shy in the beginning. But once I get to know them better, I also like to get cuddles and attention from them. And treats, of course! 😊

I’m a smart boy and I can ‘walk beautifully on the lead’ (to quote my caretakers here at the shelter).

I think that my handsome appearance speaks for itself. 😉 Size wise: I am a medium sized dog, a bit smaller than a Labrador.

I would love to find a forever home that is filled with joy, love, laughter and respect. A home with people who will help me build up my confidence even further and with whom I can create many beautiful memories together.
