Hi, I am Tom. Social, super loving and a real cuddle bunny, that’s me in a nutshell.

I was rescued from a kill shelter where I had ended up with my best friend Buddy. Apparently the people we lived with were going to move and there were no dogs allowed in the new home. That’s the official story. But it seems more likely that we got dumped because of medical reasons.

The caretakers at the shelter noticed that I was limping and after an examination by the vet, I was diagnosed with patella luxation for which I needed an operation. Good news: I recovered well from that surgery and now I can go back to what I do best: putting smiles on people’s faces. 😊

I am very people oriented, so a home where I will be able to spend lots of quality time with my human family is a must for me. Don’t get me wrong, I get along very well with my doggy friends too (and I even passed my cat test 😺), but my human friends have an extra special place in my heart.

So if you’re welcoming me into the family, you should definitely be prepared to give and receive lots of cuddles. 😉
