Hello everyone, I am Zac, a gentle, handsome older gentleman of around 9 years old. 

My rescuers found me wandering around in the mountains and brought me to the shelter. It was clear that I hadn’t had the easiest life. But that didn’t influence my loving personality in any way. I get along very well with humans, dogs and even cats. 

As you can probably tell from my age, I’m not looking for an active home. No, I would love to find a forever home where I can enjoy the comfort of a soft bed, yummy food and the company of loving human friends. 

Something else you need to know about me is that I have arthritis in my spine for which I need to take pain medication. This is another reason why I would like to find a home where I can enjoy the small joys in life, such as treats and plenty of cuddles. I never say ‘no’ to a good cuddle.
