Hi, I am Willow. I am a gentle and kind rescue dog looking for a forever home filled with lots of love, where quiet walks in nature are part of the daily routine. I love to go on walks with my foster mom and foster siblings, they are the highlights of my day. I would like my foster mom to tell a bit about my character and myself. She has taken care of me for quite some time and she knows me best. Here is what she would like to share: ‘Willow is the most gentle and soft sweetheart, so kind and so easy to have around. She simply loves to go on walks and to sniff around in nature and loves to take her time for it. She gets very enthusiastic when I get the harnesses out and she walks perfectly on the lead, there is absolutely no pulling. She also loves to play with her foster sister in the garden running around, but also likes to relax and just lay there, getting on well with the chickens and the cat.

She is still shy and not 100% comfortable with cuddles yet, although sometimes she comes asking for scratching her bum. And she is still a bit shy when meeting new people, but she isn’t very nervous though or scared. She curls up on the couch after a short while and relaxes. Sometimes she dares to come and take a treat from their hand. Beneath her shyness is a very cheerful and playful girl as I can see when she gets her zoomies. She is very clever too and understands very fast what you ask from her’.

I’m ready to find my own calm and loving forever home – a place where I can continue to blossom at my own pace. A family who enjoys peaceful walks in nature, and who will give me the time and space to build a bond filled with trust, warmth, and lifelong friendship.
