Hi, I am Camelito. I am a friendly, playful and gentle rescue dog who loves to be around other dogs and I am getting on well with all my shelter friends. We enjoy each other’s company, we give each other comfort and we play, run around and learn together. When we are out in the playground for some social and relaxing time with the volunteers, we have a good time exploring, getting treats and also some gentle cuddles. These are all experiences that are new to me as my past hasn’t been the best.

I was rescued from a hoarder situation together with 26 other dogs. I had experienced neglect and a loveless life and was lucky to end up in the shelter with the lovely volunteers. It took me some time to trust humans again and to gain confidence. The volunteers never gave up and I am so proud to say that I am now ready for my forever home. If I were allowed to make a wish, I would like to have a dog friend at my new home. Someone who will help me continue to build confidence, teach me how to experience new situations and who will together with me enjoy little adventures. I can’t wait to be a beloved family dog and companion for life.
